Chris together with his wife Dorianne and aunt Carmen, now run a fully fledged mini dairy facility that manufactures a brilliant (and tasty!) range of #Maltese cheeses based on 100% local sheep’s milk.
Chris has been doing this since the 1990s, he learnt the ropes, from his mum of course.
